Due to the recent events of COVID-19, a slight delay could potentially be placed on your delivery.

Orders will be fulfilled nonetheless. Also you will still receive your order tracking info via email after processing. Processing takes 4-7 business days.

Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept any returns. 

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

Shipping Policy

All orders will receive a tracking number and shipping date once the order has processed.

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days ( weekends/ holidays excluded). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. Orders are not shipped based on favoritism, or hierarchy. No favors or deals are negotiated  to get orders out early.

Items are shipped via USPS. The Hidden Vault is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to USPS error.
